How ChromeOS Flex works

All you need is a USB flash drive to use ChromeOS Flex on your PC or Mac. The setup is in no time at all and you will of course receive instructions.

STEP 1

A bootable USB memory allows you to test ChromeOS Flex before installation.

STEP 2

When you're done, you can install ChromeOS Flex on your PC or Mac and use it to replace your previous operating system.

STEP 3

ChromeOS Flex can be deployed to other devices in your organization via USB storage or network deployment.

Differences between ChromeOS Flex and ChromeOS

ChromeOS and ChromeOS Flex have the same underlying technology and management tools. When you install ChromeOS Flex on Windows, Mac, or Linux devices, you'll get most of the features and benefits of ChromeOS. However, there are some key differences between ChromeOS Flex and ChromeOS, which is only available on Chromebooks, Chromeboxes, and Chromebases. Click
